• In order to appropriately secure our environment we have removed support for TLS 1.0 and 1.1. While Bomgar local clients (Rep Console, Jump Clients) will continue to function, you will be unable to access helpdesk.conehealth.com with an unsupported browser.
  
  The following browsers are able to use TLS 1.2:
  Chrome v.30 and later
  Firefox v.27 and later
  IE v.11 and later
  
  Once you have a browser that supports TLS 1.2, follow these steps to enable it:
  Chrome or IE: Control Panel > Internet Options > Advanced > at the bottom check the box next to "Use TLS 1.2"
  Firefox: N/A (enabled by default)
